Go to a branch and pick up an information request form. Fill it in, indicating your name, account number, current date and the period for which you would like information. Then hand it in to your receptionist or manager.

The Golden Bank also offers you electronic solutions through which you can access your balance.

Is it possible to receive a transfer to my savings account from outside Cemac?

YES, this operation is possible

Can I make withdrawals from my savings account?

YES, just like a checking account, a savings account is a demand deposit account that allows the client to make withdrawals at their convenience.

What does the 10,000FCFA deposited when I opened my savings account represent?

This is the minimum deposit remaining in the account. It will only be returned to the customer when the account is closed.

How long does it take to process a cheque remittance?

The processing time for a check deposit varies depending on the bank of the check issuer. If it is a check drawn on Golden Bank, the processing time is 24 hours (account to account). However, if it is a check drawn on another bank, the clearing time will vary between 48 and 72 hours, depending on the time the check is presented.
