Conditions for opening a current account for an association or GIC
The current account for an association or GIC opened at the Golden Bank allows you to domicile the income of your entity, obtain loans, have access to various local and international payment methods, and access most of the services we offer.
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUPPLIED
- 1 copy of the association’s declaration receipt / certificate of registration in the Coop-GIC register
- 1 copy of the legalised articles of association
- 1 copy of the minutes of the extraordinary general meeting appointing the signatories of the account, legalised, and containing the list of members present at the said meeting
- Minutes of the constituent general meeting for joint initiative groups (GIC)
- A list of all the members of the association
- 2 4×4 photos for each signatory
- 1 proof of address / or location map for each signatory
- Unique identifier number (NIU) for each signatory or potential signatory
- Minimum payment when the account is opened : FCFA 100,000
