Conditions for opening a current account for an association or GIC
A current account for an association or a GIC opened with Golden Bank enables you to domicile your entity’s income, obtain credit, have access to several local and international means of payment and access most of the services we offer.
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUPPLIED
- 1 copy of the association’s declaration receipt / certificate of registration in the Coop-GIC register
- 1 copy of the association’s statutes legalized
- 1 copy of the minutes of the extraordinary general meeting designating the signatories of the legalized account and containing the list of members present at the said meeting
- Minutes of the constitutive general assembly for the groups of common initiatives (GIC)
- The list of all the members of the association
- 02 4×4 photos for each signatory
- 1 proof of address / or location map of each signatory
- Unique Identifier Number (UIN) of each signatory or potential proxy
- Minimum payment at account opening: 100,000 FCFA
