Conditions for opening a current account for a limited liability company
The current account for a limited liability company or corporate account opened at
the Golden Bank
in Cameroon allows you to domiciliate the income of your entity, obtain credits, have several local and international payment methods and access most of the services we offer to the corporate account in Cameroon.
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUPPLIED
- Copy of the trade register and movable credit
- 1 Copy of the promoter’s and any authorized representatives’ valid identity card or passport
- 1 Copy of the tax compliance certificate
- Company Location Plan
- 1 Copy of valid taxpayer card
- 2 4×4 photos for each signatory or potential proxies
- 1 Proof of location or home map of each signatory
- Unique Identifier Number (UIN) for each signatory or proxy
- 1 copy of the notarized articles of association
- 1 minutes of the partners appointing the managers and their power of attorney
- Unique company identifier number and company location map
- 1 Copy of the signatories’ valid ID card or passport
- Minimum payment at account opening: 100,000 FCFA
