At Golden Bank, LIRE is what best characterizes us. L for loyalty, I for integrity, R for responsibility and E for equity are the cardinal values of our institution; those that determine us and guide our actions towards all our stakeholders, notably our customers, our human resources, our partners and the social environment.

Loyalty

Golden Bank employees must live up to their contractual commitments and be loyal not only to their company, but also to the values it embodies, while looking after the interests of various partners.

Integrity

Golden Bank employees must act with honesty and respect, be true to corporate values and make the right decisions, even when no one is looking.

Responsibility

Every day, Golden Bank employees must act in accordance with the laws and regulations (compliance, procedures, various ratios, risks, etc.) that govern banking activity and environmental standards, to avoid exposing the company to any harm.

Equity

The Golden Bank employee must feel a sense of justice, which means giving everyone their due, or breaking down barriers, creating more inclusive environments and facilitating access to resources and opportunities so that everyone can flourish.
