Transfer of family assistance regulations

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

  • Transfer order indicating the reason for the transaction and the relationship with the final beneficiary.
  • KYC ordering order (KYC form issued by the bank, location map of the head office, proof of address, NIU, etc.) in accordance with BEAC correspondence N°1162/D/SETSRC of 14/03/2022. (To be produced only at the first operation)
  • KYC beneficiary natural person: copy of the national identity card or passport or any document in lieu thereof, acknowledgement following the declaration of the account to the central bank for beneficiaries residing in the CEMAC, proof of address (water or electricity bill, etc.), KYC card or certificate or any document in lieu thereof, established by the beneficiary bank, in accordance with BEAC correspondence No. 1162/D/SETSRC of 14/03/2022. (To be produced only at the first operation)
  • KYC for beneficiaries who are legal entities (hospitals and universities): Approval from the supervisory authority or any document attesting to the existence of the structure, in accordance with BEAC correspondence No. 3205/D/SETSRC of 14/07/2022. (To be produced only at the first operation)
  • Copy of the final beneficiary’s identity document or residence permit (valid)
  • Copy of the client’s ID card
  • Formal notice of the BEAC in relation to the beneficiary’s account abroad when the latter is a resident of the CEMAC.
  • Formal notice of the BEAC in relation to the beneficiary’s account abroad when the latter is a resident of the CEMAC.

Tuition fees

  • Copy of student or pupil card.
  • Certificate of registration/ certificate of admission/ registration invoice.

Living expenses

  • Proof of the beneficiary’s non-residence in the CEMAC.
  • Statement of living expenses explaining how or for what the funds will be used.

Medical expenses

  • Medical advice or clearance for medical evacuation
  • Certificate of hospitalisation
