Transfer of Income from Work

NB: exclusively for foreign and non-resident residents

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

  • Customer order with email address dated within 15 days.
  • KYC (KYC form issued by the bank, location map of the head office, proof of address, NIU, etc.) In accordance with BEAC correspondence No. 1162/D/SETSRC of 14/03/2022. (To be produced only at the first operation)
  • KYC beneficiary natural person: copy of the national identity card or passport or any document in lieu thereof, acknowledgment following the declaration of the account to the central bank for beneficiaries resident with CEMAG, proof of address (water or electricity bill, etc.), KYC form or certificate or any document in lieu thereof, established by the beneficiary bank, in accordance with BEAC correspondence No. 1162/D/SETSRC of 14/03/2022. (To be produced only at the first operation)
  • Copy of the valid residence permit for foreign residents.
  • Any document attesting to non-resident status (visa, etc.) for non-residents.
  • Bank account details (RIB) of the beneficiary abroad.
  • Certificate of delegation of transfer of employment income, if applicable.
  • Proof of coverage of living expenses. Otherwise, the transfer is limited to 4.75% of income.
  • Valid employment contract and/or work permit.
  • Salary slip in relation to the amount to which the transfer relates.
  • Certificate of attendance at the post issued by the employer.
  • Proof of payment of salary (credit notice, account statement, etc.).
  • Letter of acknowledgment from the BEAC relating to the prior declaration (for income exceeding the equivalent of 100 million CFA francs)
